Exactly how do you expect you congresscritters to do what you want, if you don't bother to tell them what you want? I speak to my reps office every couple of weeks, and I've spoken with him in person on a couple of occasions and on telephone townhalls a couple of times. I'm on a first name basis with several of his staff. I talk to my senators offices at least once a month and sometimes more depending on what's going on.

Are you aware that the house has passed 600+ bills during this congress and the republican senate has only considered less than a third of them? I'm not aware of any news coverage on it, I only know it because I stay in contact with people that are involved with the process.

BTW I completely agree with you on McConnell, but for me the jury is still out on Ryan.
