Releasing Strategic Petroleum Reserves push the price up for 2 reasons.

1. It creates expected future demand since the SPR is a set value that needs to be refilled. Oil markets are futures driven.
2. It reduces safety net in case of disasters, raising risk premiums.

Either Democrats are too stupid to know this....or they intended that to happen. Knowing all their insider trading they probably are long Oil stocks.

Totally agree, I wonder if that's Putin's plan all along. We say he's a miserable failure, but for a failure, Putin has divided the Alliance, drained NATO's munitions reserves, and strategic petroleum reserves.

Yep, Tater and his string-pullers want oil to be over $100 a barrel. They want you to get used to $4.00+ gas. They want to push the dimwitted into EVs. They want you to get used to less choices at the stores.

It is Obama who is a Globalist\Marxist. He is the first President in American History never to leave DC after his term. This was a tradition and courtesy by former presidents to show they weren't a threat to an incoming administration.
