This girl had everything taken from her; her innocence, her ability to trust and ultimately, her life. My heart breaks for this precious little girl. May she rest in peace, and may all those that hurt her or stood by allowing her to be victimized be punished and deprived of the freedom to ever hurt another child again.

I'm not in a position to say what happened, but if the few crime shows I've watched have taught me anything, it's that just about anything can be arranged on the inside to take place on the outside. An individual's home is even less "inside" than a prison is.

Honor killing kinda thing comes to mind before 'incarcerated arranged it.' Spare the child from having to testify or some messed up reasoning like that maybe.
