Empire State Gov. Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, indicated that New York's tax base has eroded because wealth has relocated to red states like Texas and Florida.

So NOW the Queen Bee has the gall to beg the wealthy to return to the People's Republik of New Yorkistan. Why? Well, she said the quiet part out loud. It's to fund the obscenely generous welfare/Medicaid programs in the Vampire State.
