Not anymore, "the media" has fragmented into thousands of pieces thanks to the Internet, "The podcast circuit" is arguably more powerful than the legacy media now, The Trump Campaign just demonstrated that.
The legacy media companies are deeply wounded, bleeding and are sporting all-time lows in trustworthiness among the citizenry, it's about time.
