According to this employee "we don't print propaganda". Yeah she/it needs to lose its job over this

People without business accumen should not be making such decisions on behalf of their company. At the very least, she should have delayed until she called corporate head office. Ultimately though, a business can decide what they choose to do or not do, its just unusual to assume something is propaganda though. How could the define that? EVERY ad campaign for any company is propaganda. What a peculiar policy. If it is corporate policy not print political or media figures, then she is in the right. Clearly, that is not the case. She was unilaterally making a decision on behalf of Office Depot that she was not authorized to do and she was terminated.
Similarly, I saw a woman at a company that I worked got terminated for canceling a sales meeting with a conservative media organization that was pitching an ad campaign. The woman was not involved in the meeting but she called and told the people not to come because the company did not do business with conservatives.
Like anything else....there are multiple print shops.People without business accumen should not be making such decisions on behalf of their company. That`s not as much fun as crying like a baby.
Yeah....when it's something that is abundantly available it's a waste of time to argue IMO....That`s not as much fun as crying like a baby.

Just go to one that says yes.
Of course .... Just look at the two homunculus figures in the video ...it's pretty obvious what they are. I'm just into practicality and not wasting my time. But yes ...you are correct. This wasn't a matter of corporate policy ... this was a low level drone treating customers badly because he didn't like their politics.
In a civil society, this behavior must be highlighted and exposed.
A worker who said they don't serve liberals would be just a guilty.
They are obviously deviants...I can smell it from the video ...That was the problem not company policy. Good luck finding another job.I don't know specifically about Office Depot, but these kinds of printing places generally print all kinds of political flyers on demand. I'm thinking that this is more the bozos at this particular store making up their own liberal "rules".
If the job was printing flyers for an appearance of B. Hussein O, they would have probably had no problem (nor should they BTW)

When you sign on to be an employee you need to be familiar with the company's business policies.I read an article from Australia a couple of years back where an employee of OfficeWorks (their equivalent of Office Depot) refused to make a copy of an article from The Jerusalem Times for a Jewish customer because they said, "They won't server Zionists".
That person was fired and the company apologized. But, it highlights a bigger problem with people letting their political beliefs affect how they treat other people personally and professionally.
But not serving gay people, that is completely fine. This wasn't a matter of corporate policy ... this was a low level drone treating customers badly because he didn't like their politics.

The Christian Baker was also the company owner. But not serving gay people, that is completely fine.
You act as though she just didn't understand. You are incredibly naive regarding peoplePeople without business accumen should not be making such decisions on behalf of their company. You too? When you sign on to be an employee you need to be familiar with the company's business policies
They would have done it for MLK, Obama, or even George FloydI read an article from Australia a couple of years back where an employee of OfficeWorks (their equivalent of Office Depot) refused to make a copy of an article from The Jerusalem Times for a Jewish customer because they said, "They won't server Zionists".

I bet she had no problem printing George Floyd posters.People without business accumen should not be making such decisions on behalf of their company. At the very least, she should have delayed until she called corporate head office. Oops! Posted my response before I saw yours. Great minds and all that….You too?
You really believe she "didn't understand corporate policy??!!
She didn't want to do the Job BECAUSE HE IS A "RIGHT-WING HERO"
They would have done it for MLK, Obama, or even George Floyd
It is good business acumen not to support racism, sexism, homophobia, and misogyny.People without business accumen should not be making such decisions on behalf of their company.
