The Palestinians have a perfect right to self-determination. But they don't have the right to attack other countries no matter how much they hate them.

Israel pulled out of Gaza and left the Palestinians a perfectly good country with a flourishing economy. The Palestinians destroyed their own economy, elected a terrorist organization as a government and spent the next twenty years committing murder of Israelis on both a wholesale and retail level and launching hundreds of thousands of rockets into Israel trying to murder still more Israeli civilians. I can't remember a peep out of you about any of those murders or rocket attacks.

At one time my Dad worked the I.U.E. (International Union of Electrical Workers). The front of the building faced what is now the old Russian Embassy. Every year, the I.U.E. would light their offices in the form of a cross, to those killed by the Soviet Army in the 1956 Uprising. The Soviet Ambassador complained to Department of State. The just of the conversation was, "It's called Freedom of Speech". The Soviet Ambassador was less than pleased.

Gaza wasn't "put under siege" as you say, until the Gazans started committing terrorism in Israel. Then for the protection of its citizens, Israel had to build barriers to restrict the Gazans to their country except in special circumstances like medical care. The Israelis provided free electricity and water to Gaza and didn't cut those off until after 10/07.

Regardless of Israel's actions by restricting Gazan travel, Egypt always had a border crossing that they refused to allow Gazans to use to immigrate. Egypt refused to accept Gaza back when Israel returned the Sinai and Syria refused to accept the West Bank back at the same time. The Palestinians are the problem, not the Israelis.

The problem is the settler Colonial state of Israel founded on terrorism, as for those Arab states they have proved beyond doubt what a bunch of Cowards they are, you say they refused to allow Palestinians into their Countries? well why would they help the ethnic cleansing of Gaza for the Israelis? the other thing is not one of those Arab Countries had the balls to intervene militarily in Gaza, Egypt has a border with Gaza FFS but stood by for two years watching Genocide take place, stop blaming the victims.
