That happened uder the 40 years of Democrat party rule, dude. It started in 1932 and didn't end for 40 continuous years. According to my Communist Party newspaper from that year, 2% of the population controlled 76% of the nations wealth. The Democrats took over and after that 40 year year period the top 1% controlled 90% of the wealth. So...who were the Democrats working for? Clearly it wasn't for the middle class.
