Just for the record, please get your facts straight. To date, 12 people have been arrested for looting....12...nobody knows the color, etc. Bottom line is this, the law is in on this and ready to arrest. This will not be a Katrina repeat. I know where you are coming from. It's sad you have those opinions, but it is hard to argue against what you're saying. When a black family moved from the property I contracted for deed with them due to reneging, they walked off with improvements I paid for, including the kitchen stove.

That's the LAST ******* time I go into a contract with anyone who is black. If I do, they are going to pay cash and I'll charge them more than I will a white or Hispanic family. I won't get burned again by those people.
