The intel provided Congress came from the Bush administration & it has been shown to be cherry picked showing only reasons why Sadam had a WMD program & ignoring the evidence that they did not.

Bush went to Congress to get the OK to put invasion on the table but only after all other avenues failed. Congress passed it & Bush started sending troops.

Nothing was cherry picked by bush. It was all available to congress upfront. And WMD was only part of the concern.
