Not at all. Claiming McCain can't lift his arms above his shoulders was refuted by posting a picture of him doing just that.

No it was not. his arms are out stretched And if you look at him, he is obviously having trouble with that. Remind us when you became a Doctor and have reviewed his medical records?

One must keep their forearms up and away from their body. Which requires work from the shoulders and the arms. Even resting my wrists on the desk does not change that and one can not remain in that position to type well at all.

I really don't get the comparison between this ad and the McCain ads.

Is the Obama campaign supposed to just sit back and be attacked repeatedly with lies or half-truths so they can remain on the "high road"?

Everyone knows that the high road doesn't win elections. Everyone knows that if Obama doesn't strike back and start making his case AGAINST McCain then McCain is going to win in November, no matter how good Obama's plans are for the future of this country.

I think you miss important details when you skip over things too fast.

That scanner was not just a scanner, but a large leap forward from the company which was making them.

And McCain was web savy back in the 2000 campaign. His web site was way ahead of the curve way back then. One of the reasons I didn't like him back then was he was able to run his bots (folks like you) from his web page.

In the age of Sarah Palin people might not like this, but he wife is effectively the family secretary, she does the typing. The McCains do email. And they are very effective at it. (I get a ton of it)

I wouldn't wish a broken hand on you, (red dawn) but you might show a bit more compassion for someone who has one. Compassion should be universal, not just for folks you like.

There are lots of issues that we are missing here. I don't believe McCain is out of touch just because he can't type. It seems to me that even though Obama can type, he is out of touch with the country's needs. We need people who are actually willing to stand up and say "this is wrong" even when it is their friends who are doing wrong. What has Obama done about the corruption in Chicago, except to be a party to it? He has claimed the mantel of reform all during the campaign, but so far as I can see, the emperor has no clothes in this regard, and now Sarah has run off with them.

There is the issue of is the surge working? McCain supported it, Obama and Biden opposed. Who is right? So far it looks like McCain was.

Gas is around 3.50-4.25 a gallon and the Saudi's are cutting production on us. Do we really want to be that dependent on folks who don't like us much and mean us harm? Will ANWAR and the continental shelf solve the problem, not really, but they will make it less bad. And less bad is better than just whistling through the graveyard hoping it we can make enough moonshine to power our cars.

The Obamabots are saying "lets be less silly and personal," and this is the way they go about it? Lets talk issues. I am ready. Are the Obamabots?

I know a Doctor that cannot type because he has a nuerological disorder that among other things makes him incapable of using a keyboard. His fingers just don't work right.

He still uses a computer. Every Windows machine has voice recognition built in. It may be that no one has informed McCain of this feature. Most probably, he's just assumed that if he can't type he can't use a computer.

The computer industry has been very careful to make computers usable by people with just about every handicap.

I just think that it's a generational attitude towards computers. The elderly generation just do not have an interest in learning to use a computer. We have the same problem where I work back in the '90s. Older workers simply were not interested in using computers.

If he can run his office without he himself using a computer, that's just fine. He probably has an administrative assistant that does use computers very well.

This is a generational issue, not a war disability issue.
