Obama Administration Used Ethnicity As Reason To Force Judge To Recuse Herself

The Obama administration gleefully jumped at the chance to label Donald Trump’s attacks on the judge hearing a lawsuit against Trump University as being racist.

However, the administration followed that same logic in its treatment of an Iranian-American immigration judge who was forced to recuse herself from cases involving Iranians.

And guess what- the judge won in that case- so yes- it was as racist to recuse this judge for being Iranian American as it is for Trump to call for Judge Curiel to recuse himself.
