Obamacare Navigators Coach Lying

Recall that at least some Navigators paid by your tax dollars are former ACORN employees. Recall that ACORN ran afoul when employees were taped coaching applicants to lie to receive benefits. I believe CrusaderFrank's earlier avatar was that person.
So is it any surprise, to anyone, anywhere, that we are seeing Navigators coaching people to lie on their Obamacare apps? Even more because there is no verification mechanism?
