I've been to the Illinois website Get Illinois State Health Insurance Coverage | Illinois Health Care

The first time, I entered my information and was re-directed to the ACA website where of course I got nowhere.

The second time, I entered information as if I were single and making less income which makes me eligible for subsidies (just out of curiosity mind you). I was immediately taken to a page where I could sign up for Medicare.

That's all the Illinois site seems to be... a sign-up page for Medicare.

3% is grossly inflated. The Obamanoids are counting as enrollees people who have only selected a plan without purchasing. IOWs, they are counting items sitting in shopping carts as sales.

If a retailer did that, it would be accounting fraud.
