I do find it interesting that he'd single out one of the largest tribes in Oklahoma though.

The answer is simple.....and it's not about helping the poorer tribes get out of poverty.

Mary Fallin the governor of Oklahoma is a Republican just like the state.....and Obama wants to turn the state Democrat blue.

So he chose a large tribe (voters) with plenty of money (political donations) to be a so called 'Promise Zone' recipient for government freebies.
