In today's world, I don't think we should trust anyone ally or not. But I would guess it was NOT Obama who was astute enough to order the spying. I'd say it was the organization involved. He is too stupid.

Obama's has no sense of loyalty to our allies. He would rather align himself (and us) with countries that sponsor terrorism. He has more in common with them.
