This is disturbing to say the least and it is another reason why the Founding Fathers believed that the President of the United States needs to be an American. As this Usurper we have in the White House decimates the advancement of our military, our enemies are rapidly modernizing and expanding theirs. They killed the F-22, they are talking about downsizing the F-35, LCS, we are not modernizing our armor forces to be technologically superior to all other countries like we use to be. A American President that is Patriotic would not do such a thing. Sarah Palin for sure would never do such a thing. That's for sure. Obama did say during the election he would do such a thing.
