Obama Resignation and Pardon?

It is probably farfetched, but there are so many potential skeletons in Obama's closet that he could chose to resign (possibly in favor of a SCOTUS or UN appointment) in return for a blanket pardon from President Biden. This could become more likely if Hillary's star fades and Biden becomes the Dems best hope for 2016, especially if he could run as an incumbent.
