Obama Presided Over Numerous 'Double Taps' Against Targets, No Complaining, Now They Complain When Narcoterrorists May Have Been 'Double Tapped'

If the Dems want to go down the "war crimes" road, a lot of Democrats are going to die in prison of natural causes.

Why would admit to something you made up?
You cannot say "no, they should never get assylum." That tells me what I need to know.

What I don't need to know, because I never will, is why people like you have such firm beliefs, like that some of the drug runners should get assylum, but won't advocate for that.

No wonder Democrats only win battles in court. There they get to hire people to advocate for their positions.

Democrats did condemn these strikes. However, they were made against real terrorists, with evidence of their terrorism. Obama just didn't determine those guys were terrorists, make up a name to call them, then begin random strikes with no evidence.

If they are convicted of drug smuggling thaey are not eligible for asylum. Which is as it should be.

What you or I want is irrelevant

I don't think so. You guys are stupid. If you even think you see something similar done by a Democrat, you try to make it the same thing as what Trump is doing.

Court battles are determined by the facts. Maybe you right-wingers need to consider using facts instead of the fiction you guys believe about everything.

Convicted.

So if they somehow find a sympathetic judge to dismiss their case due to their actually being the victim, like so many blue-city judges are now doing, you're find with them also getting assylum.

It's so easy to just tell the truth, Lesh.

Anway, that's why it's better to just sink them.

Um, Barry Hussein droned two Americans who weren't even charged, much less convicted, of anything.

And don't forget the wedding party he blew up. Those kids "real terrorists"?

Obama's minions droned Americans and innocent foreign civilians, sport. If you want to go down this road, Dems are going to prison.

Republicans begin to tighten the screws on Hegseth’s Pentagon

In a classified briefing for lawmakers scrutinizing the Trump administration’s killing of suspected drug smugglers around Latin America, top Republicans in the room appeared frustrated.
The Pentagon, facing questions about its legal basis for attacking civilian vessels, sent no lawyers to the meeting — a move multiple lawmakers in the room considered inexplicable. The Defense Department officials who did attend, those people said, were unable to explain the mission’s strategy and scope — even as President Donald Trump openly mused about expanding the campaign to include land targets inside Venezuela.

Rep. Mike D. Rogers (Alabama), the House Armed Services Committee’s GOP chairman, condemned the secrecy, saying Congress had gotten more information from the Pentagon during the Biden administration, according to two people in the room. They spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe a private encounter.

Hegseth's second colossal mistake may have saved Ka$h Patel his job since it would look really bad for the regime to fire both the S of Def and the FBI director so closely to each other.

Almost all of his shit is like that. His schtick is writing clickbait headlines and backing them with thinly sourced articles that don't say what his headline says anyway.

I'd put him on ignore, but so much of the traffic on this board is responding to his nonsense.

Gotta hand it to him for talented trolling.

Were you alive back then?

Lawmakers raise concerns about Obama's drone policies

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Lawmakers on the House Judiciary Committee - Republicans and Democrats alike - expressed concern on Wednesday about U.S. drone strikes against American citizens and President Barack Obama's secrecy in laying out the legal justifications.
The public congressional hearing on "drone-kill policy" was noteworthy: government officials refrained for years from even uttering the word "drone" when talking about the use of armed, pilotless aircraft because such operations were classified.

Great, did you call for his resignation?

In any of those second Obama strikes could US forces land and apprehend.

They certainly can in these boat strikes, even before the first strike.

1 day ago — The judge said Hernandez used his political power to limit the risk of interdiction of cocaine and the risk of arrest of drug traffickers.

Trump said Nov. 28 that he planned to pardon former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez. A White House official and Hernandez's attorney, Renato Stabile, confirmed Dec. 2 that the pardon has been issued. Stabile said Hernandez was released early Dec. 2 from a federal prison, where he was serving a 45-year sentence "for cocaine importation and related weapons offenses," according to the Justice Department.

Hernandez was convicted in March of 2024 after a three-week jury trial in New York City. He was "at the center of one of the largest and most violent drug-trafficking conspiracies in the world," helping to bring more than 400 tons of cocaine into the U.S., the Justice Department said in a news release last year after his conviction.
