Obama: 'I'm Going To Do What I Can Through Executive Action' On Immigration

Most executive orders are issued under specific statutory authority from Congress and have the force and effect of law.

This President is avoiding congress and making law.
That's way too subtle for the lame brains here.

You are too ******* stupid rabbit. I say the "force of law" and that's all wrong. Another poster that doesn't think you are a stupid ******* rabbit says; "have the force and effect of law". And you are all for that explanation. When we both said the same thing.

You really go out of your way to make your self look stupid.
Hey, Zeke, hitting the Blatz early today?
I never disputed they didnt have the force of law.
But having the force of law is not the same hting as making law. Obama is making law. See the difference? Probably not.

He totally ignored the first part - executive orders are issued under specific statutory authority from Congress.
Zeke isnt real clear on this government thing. He thinks Obama ought to be able to sign EOs and do whatever he wants. Congress is just there to approve what he says.

of course that's what Obama and his comrades want. To cause CHAOS IN YOUR LIVES.

Appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” Republican Wyoming Senator John Barrasso told host Chris Wallace that if President Barack Obama used an executive order to go around Congress on immigration reform, it would be like pulling the pin of a grenade and throwing it in the discussions.
