There is no giant conspiracy to hold down blacks and keep them in slums. Blacks are failures because most of them can't even read.

Obama administration to unveil major new rules targeting segregation across U.S. - The Washington Post

july 8 2015
CHICAGO -- When the Fair Housing Act was passed in 1968, it barred the outright racial discrimination that was then routine. It also required the government to go one step further — to actively dismantle segregation and foster integration in its place — a mandate that for decades has been largely forgotten, neglected and unenforced.

Now, on Wednesday, the Obama administration will announce long-awaited rules designed to repair the law’s unfulfilled promise and promote the kind of racially integrated neighborhoods that have long eluded deeply segregated cities like Chicago and Baltimore. The new rules, a top demand of civil-rights groups, will require cities and towns all over the country to scrutinize their housing patterns for racial bias and to publicly report, every three to five years, the results. Communities will also have to set goals, which will be tracked over time, for how they will further reduce segregation.

So Obama came up with a plan to have Democrats end their practice of segregation... Wonder how much THAT will cost the US taxpayers???

Bbbut blacks get to the NBA on hard work, talent and self discipline.....oops!

You can't say that. That implies that if blacks work hard they could also become engineers and businessmen and scientists. Liberals assure us that is false. The giant white conspiracy is keeping blacks out of those jobs.

Face it, there are plenty of examples of successful blacks, but they don't fit the liberal narrative that blacks are too stupid or lazy to succeed.

What they're doing is building massive apartment complexes in suburban neighborhoods, allowing poorer people to move in (subsidized, many are minority), which brings down the property values of the rest of the area. Soon it will look like Philly. That is what the left calls 'equality' and 'fair housing'. If the better off people won't move into the squalor that is Philadelphia then by golly the fucking retarded government will move the squalor that is Philadelphia into the suburbs.

All leftists should be taken out and shot. Seriously, they are deranged.

And because of all the hassles of complying with these govt rules, builders will stop building apartments and we'll have housing shortages.

No, people who are better off will move out and the formerly nice suburb will have plenty of houses sitting empty while the leeches leech. It will not be diverse, it will be a suburban slum.

I assure there will be huge housing shortages. It always happens when the govt gives subsidies to blacks so they can move into ritzy apartments. The apartments inevitably turn into ratholes and the builders see it and stop building.

I agree... That happens every time when the crime drives middle-class homeowners out.

I live in the burbs and there is an enormous apartment complex going up down the street from me. Talked to a few realtors . . . there is a mass exodus out of this area because rentals like this are popping up everywhere around here. 6 or 7 years ago it was all single family homes and businesses. Not now. I'll be keeping an eye out for what kind/condition of cars the new occupants of this complex will be driving ... a good way to know who is living there.
