In a statement to Law&Crime, Herring Networks President Charles Herring said he and his legal team plan to continue pursuing an appeal to the ruling. “We’re pleased that the fees were reduced by nearly a third by the court,” he wrote in an email.


“The case is currently under appeal and we’re highly confident that we’ll receive a favorable and just ruling in the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.”

Yes, she did rush to say that there had been a release of some information about trump's taxes. Her report came just minutes after the information release, and she did not have time to evaluate what was in it before she rushed it to broadcast. Her mistake, which she quickly acknowledged and profusely appologized for was an embarrassment for her. You'll note that during that entire incident, she didn't present any false claims, or made up numbers. She made and acknowledged making the mistake of reporting before she had completely evaluated the information. That is a big mistake for a legitimate journalist, but it is not dishonest.
