NYT: Donald Trump is Unfit to Lead

I know, funny how I believe that paying $1.67 a gal. for gas is better than FJB's $3.60 a gal.
Or that 1% inflation is better than 8%. Or that closed borders are better for America than open borders. If only I wasn't the only one that believes that we might be able to get the source of the problem out... :slap:
Is Biden's 4% unemployment better than Trump's 15%?
Is Biden's 40,000 DOW better than Trump's 20,000 DOW?

Now, tell us what specific action of the Biden administration caused inflation. Back it up with data.

The gas is a retard statement. During covid people weren't commuting to work. Do you know about supply and demand, retard?

The border is fine. Only the racists and bigots are wetting their pants over it.

The NYT is just trying to save face with the left who have been outraged that there have now been several NYT editorials calling for Biden to drop out, and none demanding the same of Trump.

Get a clue, Biden didn't have to deal with the beginning of a world-wide pandemic where you had numerous unknowns, and leaders trying to figure out what to do.
Once much of the country went into various forms of lockdown, layoffs skyrocketed, as thousands of businesses across the country were forced to cease or severely limit operations. Duh!

Not only is he fit to lead, he has a record of prosperity for our country, and can clean up the incredible mess that Biden has caused worldwide.

2½ million jobs lost. 2% GDP growth. You're right, that was a record. $8 trillion added debt.

That pesky pandemic keeps getting in the way of your narrative.

"Mr. Trump has shown a character unworthy of the responsibilities of the presidency. He has demonstrated an utter lack of respect for the Constitution, the rule of law and the American people. Instead of a cogent vision for the country’s future, Mr. Trump is animated by a thirst for political power: to use the levers of government to advance his interests, satisfy his impulses and exact retribution against those who he thinks have wronged him.

He is, quite simply, unfit to lead."

Trump committed treasonous, historic crimes: attempting to overturn a presidential election, disenfranchise millions of Americans, and disrupt the peaceful transfer of power – corrupt and dishonest, a pathological liar, an enemy of democracy, and a convicted felon, Trump is unfit to hold any public office.
It’s going to be a looooong 4 years for the Demonrats

ZOMG!! We lost the NYTimes!

No!

We thought they would surely support something to the right of Mao this time!

Show us the numbers on the 8 trillion.

Seems somewhat challenging when you consider the defict grew only 2.5 trillion his first year.

Covid while deep was a little over 3 trillion.

Spare me the "lost tax revenue argument". That doesn't apply in these calculations.

Biden grew the deficit by 6 trillion his first three years. He is on track to exceed 2.5 trillion this year. That's eight trillion. 3 more than Trump.

Like I said, spare me the manufactured horsecrap.

It says volumes about your integrity, Synth that you claim the unemployment rate during Covid to be Trump's fault. You know that it wasn't. You know that he had historically good unemployment numbers before the pandemic.

Then you turn around and use the pandemic as the excuse for why the price of gas was lower? Make up your mind.

As for the border? Anyone claiming that it is "fine" is either borderline insane or someone who doesn't care about the truth! It's not fine.

What worldwide mess has Biden created?
Biden's energy policies enriched Russia and Putin used those riches to finance his war with Ukraine. Biden's policies gave billions of dollars to Iran and the mullahs used those dollars to finance terror.

The truth, John...is that Joe Biden hasn't been right on a foreign policy initiative in forty years. He's not a bright man. Never has been.

His employment figures were a continuation of what Obama handed him. The rate of job growth was no greater during Trump's first 3 years than it was during Obama's last 7 years.

As far as gas prices, they dropped due to Trump's recommendations.

As far as the border, you get that one. Biden has sucked when it comes to the border.

OK...let's compare what Obama had to work with and what Trump had to work with! How many rate increases did the Fed hit Barack with during his two terms? How many did they hit Trump with in his four years?

Yep, seen this garbage before.

It doesn't line up with the reported year to year deficits.

Deficits are what matter.

Sans Covid, Biden's best is still higher (by 700 billion) than Trump' worst. And Trump did a lousy job given what Obama gave him.

Joe is on track to increase the deficit by 2.6 Trillion this year alone.

The government is running a cumulative deficit of $1.3 trillion so far in FY2024
