President Trump's successful negotiations with the Tremendous Nation of Mexico convincing them to stop the caravans and keep asylum seekers in their country pending adjudication really helped limit the influx of Illegals as well. It isn't enough just to try and look for businesses who are knowingly hiring Illegals. Most illegals use stolen identities anyhow, and would complain about "profiling". Further, since Biden is opposed to deporting illegals, the same illegals can get false id's multiple times and get multiple jobs.
