ICE agents have set up shop at NYC immigration court and have been clearing it out on a daily basis. Activists are appalled, calling these deportation arrests illegal and immoral, however proponents say ICE remains within their legal authority to deport people who do not have permission to live in America... especially after due process has concluded. Imagine that! A court of law actually being used to enforce the law and punish criminals. It’s unheard of!!
Whatever happened to those NGO's that helped facilitate these fraudulent asylum claims. Why aren't they punished
People, that lied about or left out information on their naturalization papers, should have their naturalization of citizenship stripped.
It’s the person’s responsibility to ensure they are incompliance with their stay under visa laws..
However, they have used ICE to overstay their vacation and get a free flight home, so they only have to pay for a one way ticket to their vacation destination should they ever come and visit the States.
Meanwhile, DSAM Democrats say it’s illegal to enforce the law.

The airport facilities along with that 11,000 foot runway is going to have a lot of traffic beginning Monday July 7th, 2025.
According to DHS and ICE the judicial process and stay at Alligator Alcatraz will take approximately 24 to 36 hours.
The turnover will be astounding when fully operational.
