until scalia and his nutty decision in herller, justices didn't believe that the 2nd amendment protected a private right of gun ownership.
ROFLMNAO!
But for that to be true... The "justices" would have to believe that the Founders who long debated and ratified the Constitution and the Bill of Individual Rights... had to believe that the 2nd enumerated
Right of the Individual was not a Right of the Individual at all, but that the framers just slipped in an expansion of Government power..., LIMITING INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.
Which would make 'The Justices', IDIOTS... not at all distinct from yourself.
Not to worry tho', Americans do not get their rights from the US Constitution, as the US Constitution does not serve as a 'Right Providing" instrument. The Constitution exists only to define the scope of government and to specifically limit its power. The Bill of Individual Rights, simply serves as a SPECIFIC Instrument which SPECIFICALLY LIMITS THE SCOPE OF POWER WITH REGARD TO THE INDIVIDUAL MEANS TO SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.
So the SCOTUS is irrelevant in terms of what Rights Americans have, and only rules on the legitimacy of government power, in infringing upon such rights.
You foolishly believe that because the government has the power to prevent a person from exercising their rights, that the individual does not have the right... when in fact, God provides rights and only God. The people comprising the Federal Government, including the Judiciary, have precisely the same rights as everyone else and as such, they have no power to impart rights upon anyone.
But, your day has come and gone Jellyhead. There's a new day dawning in the US... and you can bet your ass, its going to go VERY HARD on you idiots.
