Nunes Formally Requests Schiff to Testify in Impeachment Inquiry, Cites Precedent

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) formally requested that House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) testify in the impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump, noting that Schiff misled the public about his team’s interaction with the person who filed a complaint against Trump.
Nunes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, in the Friday
letter cited precedence, noting that a sitting member of Congress agreed to sit for closed-door depositions during the committee’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. That Congress member was Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.), who is no longer in office.
“Given your championing of such an arrangement two years ago, you should have no problem with you appearing before the three committees to discuss your interaction with the whistleblower,” Nunes wrote.

I think that the Democrat's house of cards is about to fall. If not now, it will once the impeachment goes to the Senate. It's why their only option now is impeach before their house crumbles. The Trump team is timing this so release comes just before elections..
Under the House rules, Schiff and the Democrats have all the power. Therefore Schiff will deny the formal request of Nunes along with all of the other witnesses requested by the GOP. He will also cut off any Republican line of questioning he doesn’t like.
Republican line of questioning he doesn’t like during the public hearing. The GOP didn’t use the power of the majority when they had it, now they see how Democrats use politics as a tool of war.
Schiff from all appearances doesn't have the brains to tie his shoes much less lead this witch hunt. Schiff has made too many mistakes in this sham of an investigation. I want to get those that are pulling his strings. Schiff is not the man behind the curtain. My hope is that Congressman Nunes paints Schiff into a corner and is able to expose this charade.
