So...since it must be started anew.....for reasons I will not discuss since its moderation stuff/actions.......it COULD be an interesting convo.

What do you guys think of nudists who say its natural and they have their own "rules" with carrying towels and such? I don't care if they wear a hazmat suit as long as they stay hidden from public view. But the question is...those who are nudists...do they do it for attention, do you think? To announce they are nudists and want to "show" examples and whatnot? Are morals involved? Is it how we are raised and taught that nudity is fine and dandy or not fine and dandy?

Meanwhile....once in a blue moon I will go to bed and sleep in the nude, but its always a poor sleep. I worry that a fire will break out and I have to run outside...nude. Or someone breaks in and i have to scurry around trying to find my gun...nude. Or having to get up in the middle of the night,trip, fall...nude.

Hell, I even wear my breast prosthesis whenever I get dressed. I feel....vulnerable...if I don't have it on. If both were gone, I wouldn't bother but alas...Doc refused to take both. Said other one was fine. Yet, I still hafta get it smooshed every year to make double sure it stays fine.

I dunno...being unclothed makes me feel too vulnerable. I can't imagine doing it on a beach or in a park or even inside my house.

most bodies are not suited for public nudity...my husband rarely wears clothes in the house....a major conflict ...a man bending over is not a pleasant sight..we are naked sleepers...find clothes too restraining...i dont think it has to do much with attention as comfort.....i have robes for sudden exits from the house...a major issue here has been a privacy fence .....i demand one...he thinks it is silly...as for nude beaches and such...no one make you go to them...i prefer to skinny dip or chunky dunking only in areas that are mostly private..i think it is just a matter of personal choice...human bodies can be beautiful or not...and one of my favorite games is...show me your scars...where everyone sits around and reveals their physical scars....winner gets oohs and ahhs and free beer

I don't mind walking around nude. I am pretty sexy. The only thing that would suck is if I get in some cold water and come out with some shrinkage.

I have been to nude beaches. I promise you, it is NOT about sex.

For some being nude is very freeing. The older I get the more I would pity those around me. But to each their own. I don't see anything wrong with nudity, per se.

I stated this in another thread that is now gone, so I will repeat it in this one:
I went to a nude beach not knowing it was. This was in the hawaiian islands...Club Med in Kauai. Once there, I realized everyone was naked. I had on my bathing suit. But I sat in the sand and stayed, red faced, trying to look at faces when people walked by and stopped to talk to me. Some girls were playing volley ball and a guy was sitting not far from me, withhis buddies. He came over to me and asked me if I would be so kind to stand in front of him as he walked to the waves, because looking at the girls, he got a hard on and wanted to hide it. He's talking to me with his pecker raised like a flag and Im just agog at his asking ME to walk in front of him. I said no and got up and left.
There is a nude beach near Pismo Beach in Cali. Everyone local knows about it. Friends would tell me, and sometimes I would read in the paper about orgies going on down there. I never went there. I have no desire to look at porn in real life much less on the interwebs. So yeah...its about sex. If people want to be nude to feel free, then they can do it at home, in my opinion.

If the guy was embarrassed by his hardon, it isn't about sex. The nude beaches I have been to have been mostly middle-aged people. Never saw any guys get hard. Never saw any sex. In fact, I have seen more sexual activity on regular beaches and campgrounds.

But perhaps we have had different experiences.

I think Seinfeld tells it like it is. At first it is a novel idea, but after a while, it gets old pretty fast, especially when you find out all the smells, and such that occurs but hidden by clothing. A one sneak cheek, can be pawned off by a dog, but if you are sitting on a wooden chair exposed to it without a buffer, the reverberation caused by the flatulence is deafening. But there are those who have no modesty (Many people wish they did because of how the body became like a blimp) or gravity has taken its toll, but to them they could care less, for " "Do not judge, or you too will be judged. " ".
