Stupid, mildly amusing; and you posted it HERE because.....? Are you suggesting that only Black people drive under the influence, drive while doing such other distracting things like shaving, putting on make-up, reading the paper, texting, talking on a cell phone, or yes, God forbid, drive while using a vibrator? Seems to me, that's a rather broad conclusion to draw from ONE incident; especially when I can remember seeing all but the last one on my daily commute (more than once) before I retired, and (my, what a shock!) most of the perpetrators were (gasp!) White!
