For two years, the Dems have been yelling impeachment. Putin is pulling the strings. Trump got a golden shower. Now, they reverse course. The logical person might wonder why they are not waiting for the Mueller report? At least find out what it says. I think it is pretty apparent the Dems have been given a heads up and are being allowed some time to try to spin what will be a gigantic let down.
