With no proof, no major arrests? Yes. Trump in leadership position is not correct to make that type of accusation publicly to thrill his base. Leave that for the right wing followers or even lower administration officials (with proof) or skip it as nonproductive during the emergency. Plenty of time for recriminations and accusations later without needlessly insulting healthcare workers who may die on the line tomorrow.
