The correct term we will use is "justice Impacted Individual", and you get paid to say it. You still may say victim for now, unless they decide to refer to them as "crime provoking individuals". Well, the good thing is, by use of the word, "justice" it acknowledges that the impacted persons were rightly "impacted." It is not as bad as calling illegal aliens "visitors," or some such bullshit.
