Actually a 4.8 in New Jersey. Not anything a Californian would care about, but something we don't see that often. Also due to the solid bedrock of the northeast, we feel it further away.

The great earthquake of 2024 just rumbled through New jersey. Apparently, it topped out at 4.7 (not 5.5 as the European monitors initially reported). Meh.

I’m in north jersey and I felt it. They’re saying New York got hit with a 4.7 earthquake
