They can certainly find 7 US bases and 50,000 US troops in Japan and 25,000 troops stationed in South Korea. North Korea may be no threat to the US mainland now but that does not mean they are not a threat to the United States in the Pacific.

Agreed, just because they've missed so far doesn't mean they will continue to miss.....Kim reminds me of the kid in the Christmas Story......don't shoot yer eye out. Under a 1994 Agreed Framework, the U.S. government agreed to facilitate the supply of two light water reactors to North Korea in exchange for North Korean disarmament.

KOREA AGREED, but DID NOT HONOR THE TREATY.
