Zero should be the number of illegals that should be on voter rolls, whether they voted or not is irrelevant because they should not be allowed to register vote, period!

Jury duty is no surprise, as those are selected from census information. If a non-citizen gets notice for jury duty, they just check a box and return the card it comes with. Voter rolls is another story.
