High capacity is a number, not a standard, idiot, and Stag Arms is also content to sell a standard version that comes standard with a ten round magazine for purchase where the law requires such.

No, "standard" refers to how the gun was designed. The 1911 was designed with a 7rd magazine as standard. THey also make 8 and 10rd mags for them.
THe Glock 17 was designed for a 17rd magazine. THey also make 30 rd mags for them.
The AK47 was designed for a 30rd magazine.
The M16 was designed for a 20rd magazine but the 30 has become standard.
