Here is a slush fund I found out about in the Army.

The GOV never pays you the change in your check.

It is carried over to your next check and you only get it when you get out / retire from the GOV.

Think about it...that adds up and the GOV does not have to account for the $$$.

EPA is among the biggest slush fund for g'ment employees ever created, but it's only one of many agencies, depts. bureaucracies bilking our fellow Americans. Well past time to clean house!
