If students refuse to learn or are too stupid to learn, that isn't the teachers' fault. Nobody in Baltimore schools can do math, none, apparently. All black teachers, all black students, recipe for total failure.

Deliverance was a great movie --- the kid was autistic. The book is good, too.

But note: that forest mountaintop wasn't as well-populated as Baltimore, where none, zero, of the kids can do math. This is AFTER they go to school for years. I would guess they simply aren't smart enough.
