No teleprompter and no notes. The same way he gives all of his speeches.

Just keep smiling and pretend you don't see the I Stand With Rand guys...

What do you think that thing is snaking into his left ear? Every television anchor uses the same thing.
They have a producer telling them what to say next.
Sorry you're either too blind or stupid to acknowledge the OBVIOUS in a photo.

Blind in one eye and can't see out of the other...

All joking aside. It would be awesome to learn that he actually did have a person giving him prompts during that speech. I would find great joy in that.

In other words you have no proof you are just talking out of your ass?

There was no television show and no producer. There was a microphone held in place by an earpiece.

NCIS uses earwigs, why not Teddie?

Imagine ..

A microphone held in place by an ear piece? No shit?!

I will investigate.

By the way...I saw it on television.

Imagine that.

You have evidence of that or is this just another one your typical childish troll threads?

When you figure it out draw NTPP a crayon drawing so he can understand the concept.

I just saw a clip of him giving his speech from all sides including the back. You can clearly see the microphone boom attached to the earpiece with the wire running underneath his jacket.
