But GOTCHA, the minute we got married, her income was added to my nearly six-figure income, and the IRS wanted back all the subsidy money she had gotten for the time before we were married. We give these countries loan guarantees with the stipulation that they have to buy American goods, and then we also get interest on the loans. We actually come out ahead. The whole claim the EUROPEAN Jews have to Palestine is based on the Bible. There's no actual evidence they ever lived there. In fact, they originated in Eastern Europe.

So can you make a NON-Biblical historical claim for the EUROPEAN Jews to own Palestine?

The Tanakh has been widely regarded as historically accurate when understanding the history of the Jewish people and the nation of Israel. And in an effort to be fair, do not discredit the history of the jewish people stated in the Tanakh by arguing weather creation, the flood story, and other stories that are easily understood to be metaphor by many scholars.

I don't know how you can claim the Jews never lived in 'Palestine' when historical and archeological evidence says otherwise. You do know what the wailing wall is, right? The retaining wall that held the second temple that was built around 500 BC and then destroyed by Rome around 70 CE.

I think your disdain for "christianity" or religion compels your bias to dismiss long standing historical evidence.

There is absolute hypocrisy coming from the right, especially the religious, national zealots that somehow, every 4 years equate the GOP candidate to god's chosen. Give me a break. .

Those that qualify for loans; meaning they have the financial capacity to do so and meet the lenders requirements, get loans. This is completely an individual case by case decision. There are no laws against blacks from obtaining a loan.

Except "Scholars" only came to the "Metaphor" conclusion in the last century or so, when Science proved that these silly stories were impossible. Up until the 19th Century, everyone thought Adam and Eve were real people, the Flood really happened, and so on.

Now that science has debunked much of the Bible, we should really take the rest of it with a grain of salt before we blindly support a genocidal, apartheid state.

Well,not exactly. The temple complex was built by Herod the Great, who, by the way, was not a Jew, he was an Edomite. The Judeans/Israelites were just one of many people who inhabited Palestine. The fact that some Europeans later adopted their religion does not give them a claim greater than the people who have lived their for the last 1000 years.

Or that we view the history through a Christian lens with confirmation bias. In that Wiki list you provided, I don't see any mention of David or Solomon or Moses or Abraham being historically attested to by non-Bible sources.
