What is he title of the OP? There's your answer.

These stories from Canada, as well as from Britain, are not new. They delay, delay, delay care, then deny, deny, deny.

Yeah, ever since the shooting the left have been bragging up nationalized universal health care because private run health care makes decisions based on costs and has death panels.

People die everyday. It defines life. Get used to the idea.

Big insurance rules our care here Thinker.....~S~

The VA is shit. They generally don't care. My grandfather has to go through them. He almost died ten years ago due to their incompetence.
The VA is outstanding. They now care for me, my son, daughter, and daughter-in-law for all of our medical care and we are all very satisfied. Sorry you had problems but that was 10 years ago, under Obama. Trump did a lot to fix the VA that Biden couldn't undo.

ACA does a good job in NV and Utah, I have been told.

Whalen in SLC has does fine work for me.

Either way a lawsuit is necessary. Sue the heck out of them. Millions.
You can't sue a private health insurance company or a government run health system and win if you get what the product offers and don't get what the product doesn't offer.
