In reality when throwing cold water on our faces, we live in a civilization with too many people and not enough money to support all for a comfortable life. On top of it, we have a healthy percentage of people who would rather live comfortably over sharing their wealth to uplist the rest of the population. And we have leadership forcing them to pay more for just that. Unfortunately, much of the money does not trickle down to the peasants in poorer nations as the upper crust keeps much of it. Then we deal with motives of those who promote or do not promote all of these things for their own power. We all can change our opinions and views. As an example, how can someone e conservative and change to not a Democrat, but to a Progressive socialist communist. George Conway is one of many. Trump is a populist moderate. Conway is a friend of Mamdani now with is politics. There are so many more. The swamp is true. And it is alive and it is fighting to keepits purpose.

I've never been to a protest, never was ever physically near one. We went to a local town this Saturday to celebrate our anniversary, it's a fairly populated area, but not a big city, and all of the 'protesters' started showing up in the late afternoon with their silly signs with bullshit lies written on them. They were all either old or LGTBQ people, i.e. nut cases, and I'd say we maybe saw 25 to 30 of them. We were laughing at them, I can't imagine wasting my time on such a stupid cause. It's amazing how these people are willing to go out in public and walk by their fellow neighbors and insult them with their signs though, I would never do anything like that. And that's the difference between us and them, we are quiet in public, mostly mind our own business, and take a while to get involved. And that's probably where we've failed over the last several decades, we haven't been as vocal, and I think we need to be more so, in a more public way.
