Biden needs to take a private cognitive test by a professional and the results and long term prognosis need to be discussed with his family and key aids.

If he does well, then he needs to take a formal test. If he does poorly, he needs to find an excuse to withdraw.

He's already BEEN TESTED. Every day for the past 3 years, and longer than that. Everyone in th world knows the conclusion. Biden is a train wreck.

His "cognitive test" is displayed regularly. Virtually every time he appears in public.
It is so obvious.

During Ronald Reagans 2nd term, his staff and Nancy worked very hard to hide Reagans failing mind.
And according to well documented insiders in the White House, Reagan was basically no longer acting President for the last 18 months of his term.
Allowing that to happen is unacceptable. Any objective person knows Biden is not really the acting President. Or, at best, maybe - maybe - only a couple hours a day.
This is unacceptable.
BUT - it happens because the politicians on both sides are okay with it.
The Republicans were okay with the appearance of Reagan still being in charge, and the Democrats did not want Bush Sr. to get a chance to essentially be able to run as an incumbent. So no one pushed it.

With Biden - no one. Absolutely NO ONE wants Harris to be in power. NO ONE.
Even I would rather see Biden finish this term only as an apparition than have Kamala in office. This was by design.
And the Democrats sure as hell don't want Kamala to be President either.
