No, Charlie Kirk Was Not Practicing Politics the Right Way

The whine-fest is getting old.

Except you choose to come to this site and this thread and engage in dealing with it.

YOU are the one with the burning need to try to talk shit here, on this topic.

No, it is not reasonable because it makes the crazy assumption that the airlines would hire an unqualified person based on their race,

I mean live in the real world. Every single day companies don't hire the MOST qualified person, they hire the person they think will fit best in their company. And yes, sometimes that less qualified person is hired to meet some diversity goal, but most of the time, race is not even a factor.

There are some firms that purposely refuse to hire a more qualified person, often times they are difficult to train, too set in their old ways, and not receptive to change. Some police forces have applicants take an IQ test. Test too high, no job offer for you.
When a quota is established you have to lower standards.

Here’s the problem: Kirk built that movement with falsehoods. And his advocacy was laced with racist and bigoted statements.

Having conversations is now considered not practicing politics the right way.
Because to the left, this is the right way to practice politics:

Steal a white persons slot because you (as a black person) does not have the brain power.

I know, not racist.

I never saw this clip before, thanks for posting it.

He's even more of a dick than I realized. And just so there is no misunderstanding, I view him as a racist dick per his own comments in just this one clip, although there are plenty other ones.

Black female politicians are off limits?

Those quotes aren't racist, they are factual.
Black folks were better off when black families had fathers in them. That is a fact, not racist.
DEI and affirmative action do make us wonder if the person is actually qualified. Not racist, fact.
DEI & affirmative action do NOT make you all wonder if the person is actually qualified. Being a racist is what makes you wonder if they are actually qualified.

If an employer publicly states that htey are hiring black people based on race, instead of qualifications,

then it is reasonable to wonder if they are qualified, or if they are only there becasue of race.

Their entire message is racial
If you're referring to the 4 women Kirk named, one of whom is a former First Lady of the White House, the other is a current Supreme Court justice, their references to affirmative action refers to the "opportunity to compete". Once in however, they rose to the top due to their own hard work, abilities and natural intelligence/smarts. As congresswomen Jackson stated, affirmative action got her through the door, but affirmative action was not there to help her graduate--that was all her.

The mistake you all KEEP making, and it's a logical flaw in your reasoning, is that EVERYTHING that Black people obtain when it comes to education, employment, promotions, etc. comes at the expense of a white person and in your minds, it's ALWAYS a much more qualified white person who lost out.

If you took your beliefs and converted them into computer code, the code would prove every single time that your beliefs are incorrect as well as false.
