The dude was obviously given an opportunity to express his views. He was invited to do so in front of the committee. He spoke uninterrupted for quite some time, in fact.
He decided to ignore the rules of order. He was given an opportunity to correct himself and he did not. Thus he was removed.

Free speech only includes speech that I agree with! I am a tolerant progressive! no other opinions allowed or send in men in uniforms (which I wear, btw, at certain "clubs") to remove him becuse I am am a prancing sissy who is feminized by liberalism!
