The sanctions against Russia are still in place we all know Putin meddled in the election but outside of declaring war on Russia or taking some other type of military action what would you have Trump do? As has been pointed out there may be stuff going on behind the scenes such as some type of cyber attack but the truth is the options are limited and most likely anything you do will be covert and something you won't want made public.
