Second, conservatives' focus should be on preserving the constitutional republic and not questioning the bona fides of each other on a nonstop basis. Frankly, this was bound to happen when Trump was elected. It is like with how the pro golf league turned into a ******* circus when Happy Gilmore started playing in it. Traditional conservatism means one thing: preserve our republic, and leave me the **** alone. Our civil rights and liberties vest in the individual, and should be protected. It is sacred business, and there is serious theoretical philosophy behind it.
