Not 'my' story. It's reality. An illegal government has no title to legitimacy. BTW, thank you for your kind words and compliment.

Trump said no such thing you pinko swine.

He denied your hero, Bashar al-Assad, access to the oil and let the kurds have the oil revenue.
Hardly 'looting'.
Stole it, mistake Russia made was not bombing the illegal US bases in Syria and any oil tanker convoys stealing the oil and wheat.

No, behave like north koreans, then your country will never appear on the American list for “democratization.”

We'll kill a bunch of civilians, but at least we'll get rid of Saddam.
We'll plunge the country into a decade of hell, but at least we'll get rid of Gaddafi.
We'll raze a city to the ground and kill 60,000 people, but at least we'll get rid of Hamas.

Now, at least we'll get rid of Maduro...
The Libyan atrocity got your Ambassador raped and lynched in Benghazi by the very Islamist thugs you had been supporting, it also got a Music venue in Manchester blown up with a load of dead kids, unforseen consequences.

Do the liberals, Democrats, and others who disapprove of how he was arrested think Maduro should be released now?
That's separate from thinking Trump should not have invaded Venezuela without consulting Congress. But he's out of Venezuela now, which I think is a good thing since he was nothing but an illegitimate president, like Trump tried to be in 2021.
Where should we go from here?

China, Cuba, and Russia did not oppose the tactics used. And I doubt they oppose authoritarian dictators in general like Democrats and liberals oppose them.
If Madura had been taken down by the citizens of Venezuela, Democrats and liberals would have been happy. But that list of authoritarian leaders would not have been happy.

There's a *somewhat * legit argument invoking the Monroe doctrine.

Personally 50-50 on it, though the 200+ years of precedent is impossible to ignore.
Problem with that is the Doctrine was telling Europe to stay out of our hemisphere and we’ll stay out of theirs. This empire places it’s great fat thumb on everything, so the only part of the Doctrine left in place is that applying to the Western Hemisphere.

Don’t think they aren’t banking chips to play later in Ukraine and Taiwan.
