TJ Watt finally gets a well deserved DPOY, should be his second in a row IMO but glad he was finally recognized for his efforts
Cooper Kupp OPOY. Again well deserved.
OROY Jamaar Chase was anyone else even close?
DROY Micah Parsons see above. Both these dudes are studs. Expect to see them in the running for OPOY and DPOY for years to come.
MVP Aaron Rodgers gets the second in a row, to go along with an early exit from the PO's just like last year as well. Is he really the MVP though? Would the Packers not won their division Jordon Love at the helm? Would they have lost earlier in the PO's? Joe Burrow should have won IMO. Cincy doesnt win the AFC N let alone PO games and a SB berth without him on the roster.

Cincy never wins anything, which is why they will lose the Bradybowl.

Should have been Brady.

Burrow comeback player of the year. Most teams won't sniff the playoffs without their starting QB.

Yea, right. :auiqs.jpg:
You dont think GB wins their division with Jordon Love at the helm? Who's going to stop them? Detroit? GB was the only team in the NFC North with a winning record. Oh and they split with both Minny and Detroit this year.

Rogers getting the MVP is a joke. No one really takes that award seriously anymore.

If he was truly the MVP, he would have beaten the underdog 49ers. He couldn't and he shouldn't be the MVP.

Jordan Love started when Rodgers was out with Covid and looked terrible. Minnesota would have easily won the division.

At best they (Minny) win one more game (the game against the Packers) and are 9-8. The Packers would have to have lost 3 more games (and really it's 4 because they gave the last game to Detroit). They only beat 5 playoff teams. Even if they only win one of those games they are tied with Minn. Sorry I think it's far more likely that GB wins the NFC N and goes to the PO's.

They probably couldn't have beaten the Lions with Jordan Love, much less the Bears.

They almost beat the Chiefs. Lost 13-7. The team that's gone to 4 straight AFC Championship games and 2 of the last 3 SB's winning one of them.

Rodgers passed for 4115 yds with 37 TDS and 4 Interceptions while leading his team to the best record in the NFL

Hard to argue MVP

But he was one and done in the playoffs and was beaten by an inferior SF team and Jimmy Garrofalo

Then change the name of the award to QB with great stats on a good team.

Pretty much what it already is

They have pretty much declared the QB to be the most valuable position
And probably it is, but the QB with the best stats (and Rodgers didn't have the "best" stats this year) isn't always the "most valuable" to his team. Which was kind of my point. IMO Rodgers isnt nearly as important to GB's success as Burrow is to Cincy's. It's likely we are going to find out next year when Rodgers isnt in GB and Love takes the reins. Though Im not sure the years will be comparable as Love likely won't have Smith (arguably the best WR in the game right now) if Rodgers leaves.
