Masks are losing their effectiveness in causing misery.

Fauci wants misery because he has a personal financial incentive and interest in mandated vaccines (follow the money). More people will demand a mandate when they are forced to be miserable without it. "Force the vaccine on everyone and you can take off the face diaper."
